Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Please note: your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification along with a tracking number via email once it has been created. 

On average, orders are delivered 5-7 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

How much is shipping? 

We ship most U.S. orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but if one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.

Expedited Shipping

Express Shipping is available for most products shipping within the contiguous U.S. 

Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx or UPS. Orders placed before 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday - Friday from our local warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

You may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
